Its wet and cold outside right now Im that bored I was wondering if overclocking is still done these days? and after a few points on ways to make my system work faster.
In particular i want to reduce the time it takes to do video converstions.
say change a 800 meg .ogv or .mkv to a dvd?

Would I benefit by installing a 64 bit o/s?
could i expect it to knock 10 minuates off its current time?

or as it works settle for back to watching the movies as thats as good as it gets?
What sort of specs of system do you have or want to build?
